The Outside-Air Version Of Friday
Nashville.gov's May 29 event list has three public Parks items worth putting near the music calendar, even if only one of them feels like a direct neighborhood plan.
Fort Negley has a guided walking tour from 10 to 11:30 a.m. The official page says the one-mile tour covers the site's arc from early Nashville landscape to Union fortress, restoration, neglect, and its recent addition to UNESCO sites of memory.
Full Moon Pickin' Party runs from 5:30 to 10 p.m. at Warner Park Nature Center, with the event page describing bluegrass music, food trucks, and a family-and-dog-friendly outdoor crowd.
Moonlight Meander at Bells Bend runs from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m. The listing describes it as an easy one-mile stroll along primitive paths. Translation: if East Nashville music is too much tonight, the city calendar has a quieter exit.
Not every Friday plan needs a wristband.
